Do we really need an app, or is a mobile site enough?

An app is justified in three cases: the user opens it several times a day, it needs the camera or location, or it must work offline. Otherwise a mobile-friendly site is enough and costs half as much. If none of the three applies to you, we will say so and propose the site instead.

Is publishing to the App Store and Google Play included?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the publishing work is included - the app is prepared, brought in line with store requirements and submitted. Developer account fees are on the client: Apple $99 a year, Google $25 once. The account is registered in your name, which matters so the app belongs to you.

Are iOS and Android quoted separately?

Accepted Answer

No, both are included. We build them from a single codebase, so the second platform costs nothing extra. There is a limit to this approach: if the app needs heavy graphics or very platform-specific capabilities, it has to be written natively and is quoted differently.
