Why work with a team in Uzbekistan?

We are not the cheapest option available anywhere – we are the one where the price and the time zone both work.

How do you handle communication across time zones?

Tashkent is UTC+5. That gives us full overlap with the Gulf, most of the working day with Europe, and a morning handover with the US East Coast. Daily standups happen in your working hours, not ours.

Do you work in English?

Yes. All project communication, documentation and code comments are in English. Our site is published in nine languages because our clients are not.

Who owns the code?

Accepted Answer

You do. On full payment the source code, documentation and database transfer to you. It is written into the contract, not promised verbally.

What happens if the project runs over?

The scope is fixed in writing before we start and the price does not change. If we are late, that cost is ours. Additional payment only arises when you add requirements beyond the agreed scope, and that is quoted in writing first.

Can we start small?

Yes, and we usually recommend it. A two-week discovery stage costs $3,500 and produces a written scope, architecture and firm budget. You can take that document to any team.

What happens after launch?

Accepted Answer

A warranty period is included with every project. After that, support runs on an SLA with a defined response time – monitoring, backups, defect fixes and small changes.
